Short-Term Rental Cleaning
VRBO, Airbnb, vacation rental or even longer term rentals can all be cleaned and managed by our team. We clean, restock and take care of laundry needs inside. Outside we clean BBQ grills, patio furniture, ensure all kayaks/ paddleboards are secured and check the property for trash and tidiness.

If backup supplies run short, we can either restock them for cost + fee or inform the owner for them to restock at no extra cost. We are reliable, thorough and eager to get you 5* reviews!

Interior Cleaning

Basic Clean (dusting, vacuum mop floors, scrub toilets-showers-sinks-tubs, wipe countertops, remove trash, spot clean windows, walls and baseboards)

Change linens

Clean/ put away dishes

Clean inside of all appliances (microwave, stove, fridge)

Restock supplies (towels, coffee, water, soap, toiletries, paper towels, trash bags, etc.)

Exterior Cleaning

Wipe down all patio furniture

Clean BBQ grill and check propane

Secure and account for all paddle boards, kayaks, lifejackets, lily pads or any other items for guest use.

Walk property to check for trash and general tidiness

Laundry Services
We can either do laundry on site, drop off at a specified location or for an extra fee we can do it off site and manage the rotation of your new bedding in during each visit. All customizable to your desires or needs.

Off Season Deep Cleans
Your rental may take a beating during the busy season that you don't always have time to give to the finer details that keep it looking sharp and organized. During the off season we can come in to do detailed cleans to include:
