Who will be cleaning my home?
Currently a one woman show. Claire Rinck is the only cleaner at this time. As we grow each cleaner will be highly vetted with a background check and my even higher standards.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes! We stock and bring all supplies we will need for every clean. If you have specific products you want used, please let us know!
What if something is broken?
I pride myself in being careful and respectful in your home, however sometimes accidents happen. We will notify you if something is broken and will work to repair or replace it. We are fully insured and bonded in case you need to file the appropriate claim.
Do I need to be home?
No, we can make arrangements to gain access to the home and lock up when we leave. Most people give us a code for their door or garage, but you can also provide a spare key if needed.
What if I need to reschedule my clean?
We require 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule. If less than that is given and we are unable to fill that time slot, you will be subjected to a fee of 50% of your usual cleaning fee.
What should I do to prepare for my cleaning?
Simply pickup toys, clothes and any miscellaneous items you don't want to be touched. No need to wipe anything down or run the vacuum...that's what you hired us for! We are no strangers to dirt and never judge...usually our homes are worse!
What if something is missed or I'm not satisfied with my clean?
Please inform us within 24 hours. We will come back to reclean. Your satisfaction is vital to our business and we will do our best to make it right.
Can pets be loose during my clean?
Of course! It's their home and we are very pet friendly. We will make sure they aren't let out...unless of course you want us to give them a potty break!
Do you use environmentally clean products?
Your health and the cleaners health is our top priority. We use green cleaning products except for the occasional bleach, you can always request no bleach for you cleaning though!
What forms of payment do you take?
We accept cash, checks, venmo or can e-mail invoices to be paid via credit cards. Payment is due at time of service.
