Who will be cleaning my home?

Currently the owner Claire Rinck is the lead cleaner and oversees our cleaning crew. All cleaners have passed a background check in order to be hired. They have also been trained and tested to meet The Detailed Home’s high cleaning standards.

What if something is broken?

We pride ourselves in being careful and respectful in your home. However, sometimes accidents happen. We will notify you if something is broken and will work to repair or replace it. We are fully insured and bonded in case you need to file the appropriate claims.

Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes! We stock and bring all supplies we will need for every clean. If you have specific products you want used, please let us know!

Do you use environmentally clean products?

Your health and our cleaners health is our top priority. We use green cleaning products except for the occasional bleach. You can always request no bleach for your cleaning though!

What if something is missed or I’m not satisfied with my clean?

We strive to give you a thorough clean every time. However, if you aren’t happy please inform us within 24 hours. We will come back to reclean. Your satisfaction is vital to our business and we will do our best to make it right.

What should I do to prepare for my cleaning?

Simply pickup toys, clothes and any miscellaneous items you don’t want to be touched. No need to wipe anything down or run the vacuum…that’s what you hired us for! We are no strangers to dirt and never judge!

What if I need to reschedule my clean?

We require 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule. If less than that is given and we are unable to fill that time slot, you will be subjected to a fee of 50% of your usual cleaning fee.

Do I need to be home?

No, we can make arrangements to gain access to the home and lock up when we leave. Most people give us a code for their door or garage, but you can also provide a spare key if needed.

Can pets be loose during my clean?

Of course! As long as they are friendly, we are happy to share their home for a short time and will work around them!

What forms of payment do you take?

We accept cash, checks, venmo or can e-mail an invoice to be paid via credit cards with an added 3.5% transaction fee. Payment is due at the time of service.
